NO ADMINISTRATIVE FEES
Unlike other alternative resolution companies, we do not charge administrative fees. We will come to your offices if you choose, saving you time.
JUST AND REASONABLE
We hope you will consider using us for your mediation and arbitration needs. We are ready to work with your clients to achieve a just and reasonable outcome.
EVERYTHING HANDLED
We will provide appropriate refreshments as needed. (Coffee, continental breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, etc.) Our staffers will take care of it all.
NO HIDDEN FEES
The parties are only charged for the mediator's time.
FEES
MBJ charges $675/hour, which is typically divided equally among the parties. Other arrangements can be agreed upon by the parties. There is no administrative fee. We offer a lower fee for a three panel arbitration.
When booking a mediation, a deposit is appreciated but not required. After the mediation is concluded, MBJ will submit separate invoices with the fee equally divided among parties, unless other arrangements are agreed upon.
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY
Any party cancelling or rescheduling the mediation session within one week of the scheduled conference will be charged two hours of the mediator’s time. Any subsequent cancellation after the first will require three additional hours of the mediator’s fee.
